Shipping Domestic

Processing time is currently about 2 months, but sometimes it can be less and sometimes (rarely) it can be more. For springback journals, the processing time is 2-3 months.

If you need your order by a certain date, please let me know in advance, so I can confirm whether or not it is possible.

Once shipped, it usually takes 1 week-10 days for Europe and 2-3 weeks for the rest of the world. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Express shipping is available to some countries.

Returns

I accept returns and cancellations.

Contact me: within 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Custom or personalized orders can’t be returned.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
